Jack Tierney was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer of Thetford Corp., including its subsidiary Norcold, Inc. and its European operations, on Feb. 1, 2007. He joined Thetford from its parent company, Dyson-Kissner-Moran (DKM) Corporation of New York in 2000 as Chief Financial Officer. He was promoted to Senior VP, North American Operations, in 2002, gaining responsibility for operational leadership and guidance of all of Thetford and Norcold business interests. Tierney was promoted to COO of North America in 2006, adding oversight of Thetford and Norcold’s Sales & Marketing and Engineering departments.

Mark Schlei became Chief Financial Officer for Thetford and Norcold on Sept. 27, 2006. Schlei previously was CFO for Lake City Industries, a privately-held automotive components manufacturer in New Boston, Mich. He was also Corporate Controller for Littlefuse, Inc., in Des Plaines, Ill., and held various financial positions with Newell/Rubbermaid in its Levelor Home Fashions, Newell Office Products and EZ Painter divisions. He began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young.
Wayne Lorek

Wayne Lorek was promoted to Vice President Operations, North America, for Thetford Corporation & Norcold, Inc., on Nov. 1, 2006. In that role, he has responsibility for North American Operations functions, including Logistics at Norcold, all North American Manufacturing Operations, Purchasing and Lean Systems. Lorek joined Norcold in 2001 as Director of Operations.
Kevin Phillips

Kevin Phillips joined Thetford as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, North America, on Sept. 26, 2005. He previously worked with Guardian Automotive as the Business Unit Director for the General Motors account. He also worked as Director of Business Development and Director of North American Sales at GKN Sinter Metals, as Customer Director & Global Platform Leader with Delphi Automotive, and at DDP Business Solutions. Phillips is a graduate of the University of Michigan and University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Greg Exner
Global Vice President of Engineering

Greg Exner was appointed Director of Engineering for Thetford and Norcold in August of 2003. He brought a wealth of professional and technical leadership to the position, including 32 years in engineering management, manufacturing technology and program management, primarily in the automotive industry. Exner, who came to Thetford from Ford-Lincoln-Mercury, holds an engineering degree from General Motors Institute and MBA from the University of Detroit.
