Schlei previously was CFO for Lake City Industries, a privately-held automotive components manufacturer in New Boston, Mich. He was also Corporate Controller for Littlefuse, Inc., in Des Plaines, Ill., and held various financial positions with Newell/Rubbermaid in its Levelor Home Fashions, Newell Office Products and EZ Painter divisions. He began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young.

Wayne Lorek was promoted to Vice President Operations, North America, for Thetford Corporation & Norcold, Inc., on Nov. 1, 2006. In that role, he has responsibility for North American Operations functions, including Logistics at Norcold, all North American Manufacturing Operations, Purchasing and Lean Systems. Lorek joined Norcold in 2001 as Director of Operations.

Kevin Phillips joined Thetford as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, North America, on Sept. 26, 2005. He previously worked with Guardian Automotive as the Business Unit Director for the General Motors account. He also worked as Director of Business Development and Director of North American Sales at GKN Sinter Metals, as Customer Director & Global Platform Leader with Delphi Automotive, and at DDP Business Solutions. Phillips is a graduate of the University of Michigan and University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
