Following the passing of CEO Stéphane Cordeille, Thetford has implemented a new leadership structure to ensure continuity while building on the strong foundation he helped create.

Leadership responsibilities are now shared between three experienced executives who have each played a key role in the company’s success for many years.

Peter Struijs has been appointed Global President and Chief Financial Officer. Having worked alongside Stéphane Cordeille for more than 27 years, Peter will continue to guide Thetford’s global direction and long-term development.

Aaron LaFleur has been appointed President North America. Aaron will lead Dave Carter & Associates (DCA) and all Thetford businesses across the United States.

Marie Boulanger has been appointed Managing Director Europe & APAC. Marie will lead all Thetford businesses across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.
