Passing of Stéphane Cordeille

It is with deep sadness that the Thetford Executive Leadership Team announces the passing of Stéphane Cordeille, Chief Executive Officer of Thetford.

On Sunday, 31 May, we received the heartbreaking news of Stéphane’s passing. On behalf of the entire organization, we extend our sincere condolences to his family, loved ones, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing and working with him.

Stéphane was an exceptional leader, a trusted colleague, and a valued friend to many throughout our organization and across the RV industry. His dedication, vision, and unwavering commitment to Thetford played a pivotal role in shaping the company and strengthening its position within the market.

Throughout his leadership, Stéphane guided Thetford through significant periods of growth and transformation. His influence extended far beyond business
achievements. He will be remembered for his integrity, humanity, and the genuine relationships he built with employees, customers, partners, and industry peers around the world.

In the days ahead, the Executive Leadership Team will focus on supporting our employees worldwide as we come to terms with this profound loss.
