Alissa Reyes

Alissa Reyes brings a dynamic blend of cross-industry experience, global perspective, and multi-functional leadership to her role at Thetford. Her career began in aerospace with Lockheed Martin and GE Aviation, followed by a senior leadership role at Stanley Black & Decker as Vice President of HR for the Industrial business segment.

At Thetford, Alissa serves on the Global Executive Team, where she leads support functions and drives strategic alignment across U.S. operations and international entities. She plays a key role in shaping company culture, championing talent development, and fostering transparent, collaborative teams in a people-first environment.

A graduate of Lockheed Martin’s HR Leadership Development Program, Alissa holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and an MBA from The George Washington University. As a first-generation college graduate who earned her degrees while working full-time, her career reflects resilience, commitment, and a passion for growth.

Alissa actively contributes to the Recreational Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) through the Emerging Leaders Coalition and Sustainability Committee. She also serves as Chair of the Compensation Committee for her local township and sits on the Advisory Board for Harvest Cove Talent Partners.

Outside of work, Alissa enjoys traveling, supporting her children’s activities, and is an avid Detroit Lions fan—currently reigning champion of her neighborhood fantasy football league.
