In late 2025, Norcold LLC filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Certain of Norcold’s assets were acquired by Dave Carter & Associates, Inc. during the bankruptcy proceeding. In connection with that sale, DCA agreed to assume warranty claims up to the value of a refrigerator or less. End-customers or distributors with product warranties for units sold prior to November 3, 2025, should use the below contact information to file or pursue claims under the warranty:

On February 27, 2026, Province Fiduciary Service, LLC was appointed as Norcold’s “Liquidating Trustee.” Province is responsible for, amongst other things, administering and resolving claims against Norcold, including recall claims.
