Thetford 3-Way Absorption Fridge
Models: N304M.3R, N304M.3L ,N504M.3FR ,N504M.3FL
Supply Dates: 15/09/2017 to 15/02/2018

Range of serial numbers possibly affected: 27381864 and 28220540

Defect: The gas control valve pressure test point nut may not be correctly tightened.
Hazard: If the test point nut is not correctly tightened it could cause a gas leak, potentially leading to a fire.

What should consumers do?

Consumers should check the serial number on the label in the interior cabinet of the fridge. If the serial number falls within the range detailed above, consumers should immediately discontinue using the product on gas. Consumers should then go to www.thetfordfridgecheck.com to find out if their fridge is affected by the recall.

Consumers will be directed to the nearest authorized service agent to organize a repair.
