We provide a 3 year warranty for appliances and this applies from the date of purchase. The warranty for spare parts is 1 year.

When the tank indicator is red (full), open the tank’s filling cap. This allows the toilet bowl and tube to drain fully into the tank. Then close the cap again. You can now empty the urine tank safely and cleanly – without drips or leaks.
