What if the urine tank is full and the toilet bowl starts to overflow?

If the tank indicator is red (full), open the filler cap of the tank. This allows the toilet bowl and hose to drain completely into the tank. Then close the cap again. Now you can empty the urine tank safely and cleanly – without dripping or leaking.
