Stephane Cordeille

Stephane Cordeille was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Thetford on Jan. 24, 2012. He joined Thetford in 1988 as Sales Manager of its French subsidiary. He served as Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of European Operations before being named Managing Director of Thetford’s RV Europe operations in 2004. Prior to joining Thetford, Cordeille headed up the Merchandising team for Gloria-Friskies, a unit of Nestle Corp. He has a degree in Economics and attended the Business School of Exeter for Commerce and Management.
Peter Struijs
Chief Financial Officer, Thetford Worldwide
Thetford LLC and Norcold LLC
Peter Struijs was named Thetford’s Chief Financial Officer, Worldwide, on Jan. 24, 2012. He had been the European Director of Finance and IT from 2006 until the promotion. Struijs, who joined Thetford in 1999, was the company’s Manager of Finance prior to that. He holds a BA in Business Economics.
Mary Pouliot
Executive Vice President, the Americas
Thetford LLC and Norcold LLC
Mary Pouliot was promoted to Vice President of Sales & Marketing, the Americas, in May of 2018. She has served in a variety of management positions with increasing responsibility since joining Thetford in July of 2006, including as Director of OEM Sales, North America, and Director of Customer Service and National Accounts.
Pouliot has also become an influential advocate for Thetford and the RV industry, serving as Vice Chair of RVIA’s Governing Board and on the MARVAC Board of Directors. She holds an undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA from Walsh College.
Alissa Reyes
Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration, the Americas

Alissa Reyes joined Thetford as Vice President of Human Resources, the Americas in 2019. She came to Thetford most recently from Stanley Black & Decker where she led a large team of HR professionals across seven locations. During her career she has been responsible for developing progressive HR programs including talent planning and acquisition, employee engagement, training and onboarding, leadership development and organizational design.
Alissa earned an MBA from The George Washington University in Washington D.C. and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. She has significant history leading and developing teams to bring forth creative human resource programs and policies.
